Referral Program Terms of Use

Funzing "Refer a Friend" Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply to Funzing's "Refer a Friend" program (the "Program"):

In order for both You and the party you refer (your “Friend”) to receive Funzing credit in connection with the Program: (a) your Friend must: (i) be a new customer to Funzing and (ii) when registering with Funzing use the unique Funzing referral link or referral code generated by Funzing, associated with You; and (b) You must be an existing registered user of Funzing prior to the date on which your Friend registers with Funzing. You will receive your free credit only after your Friend successfully orders for more than $5 with Funzing. Credit earned through the Program may only be redeemed against future Funzing experiences purchased through www.funzing.com and will expire one month after the date on which the credit is added to your account. Credits are not redeemable for cash. All credits are rewarded at Funzing's discretion. Credits may be rescinded at any time at Funzing's sole discretion including but not limited to where Funzing believes You or your Friend engaged in any fraud or other inappropriate behaviour in connection with this Program. Individuals involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior may have their Funzing memberships revoked and be banned from participating in other Funzing activities and promotions. No credits will be issued in connection with the Program if a referral was the result of commercial activity (e.g. paid advertising). The Program and these terms and conditions are subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at Funzing's sole discretion. The Program may not be used alongside any other promotion which is connected to Funzing at any time.
